MCR Media reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions (e.g. landlord, planning, or building regulations) are in place before installation commences. The Client agrees to provide access to sites as needed and ensure a safe working environment.
MCR Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from services rendered. Liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
MCR Media reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if the Client breaches these Terms, including non-payment. All payments made up to the date of termination are non-refundable.
Prior to wrapping, MCR Media will inspect the vehicle and document any visible damage, scratches, dents, rust, or imperfections. This report will be shared with the Client. However, some pre-existing defects may be concealed and only become apparent during or after the wrapping process.
MCR Media is not liable for any damage to pre-existing paintwork or bodywork, particularly where the paint is non-OEM, aged, previously repaired, or poorly bonded. While every effort is made to ensure a high-quality finish, the Client acknowledges that due to the contours of vehicles and nature of vinyl film, minor imperfections or variations in colour between panels may occur and are not considered defects. MCR Media does not guarantee colour match across different materials, batches, or reprints. Wrap films may appear slightly different when applied to different surfaces or under various lighting conditions.
Wrap films are applied using industry-standard methods and are designed to be removable. However, MCR Media will not be held responsible for any damage caused during removal or for costs associated with reinstallation, resprays, or ECU fault resets where vehicle panels, trims, sensors or electrical components are removed during installation. The Client grants permission for MCR Media’s technicians to remove and refit vehicle components as needed to achieve the best wrap finish. The Client acknowledges that our team are not manufacturer-certified fitters.
Vehicle wraps are covered by the film manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from 12–36 months and beyond depending on usage and maintenance. Proper care (including hand washing and avoidance of high-pressure or abrasive cleaners) is required to maintain the longevity of the wrap.
These Terms supersede all previous versions. MCR Media reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updated terms being published on our website.
The placement of an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
